The Challenge

Grays eCommerce Group is one of Australia’s leading online retailers. They turned to Percept to help develop their new lifestyle brand in the luxury furniture market.

Alta Moda specialise in high-end European leather lounge packages which are centre-pieces of homes, providing comfort and elegance. The branding and positioning needed to assist in the sale of their luxury, hand-crafted, genuine Italian products via online auction.

The Solution

Percept created a brand identity and tone that positioned Alta Moda in-line with their product offering. It provides a sophisticated platform to help showcase their luxury lounge suites as the perfect mix of quality and style.

Key to this project was the organisation, styling and art direction of the photo shoot. With the product photography and styling in particular, we were conscious to create a range of looks for the key lounge settings which would appeal to the varied tastes of the target audience, whilst retaining a sophisticated aesthetic.

The photography features in the printed product catalogue design that we created to be inserted into the Sydney Morning Herald, as well as the Alta Moda website which we also designed from scratch. In addition to these major pieces of collateral, we created an eDM template and online banners to bolster their digital marketing efforts.

All in all, the Alta Moda branding and design elements combine to reinforce their marketplace positioning of quality, luxury and style.
