Branding package design for a prominent Sydney real estate company.

Case Study

The Challenge

Based in Sydney’s South-West with four locations and over 20 years experience, Prudential Real Estate had built a strong reputation in residential property sales and management. Growth within the business opened an opportunity to expand into a franchise model and they required branding that would effectively represent the company at the high level it had reached.

To achieve this Prudential engaged Percept to design a branding package that would provide a professional and consistent brand image that would appeal to potential franchisees and customers alike.

The Solution

Percept conducted a branding workshop with the client to determine their needs from both an end consumer and franchise owner perspective.

Following the workshop a brand positioning and communication strategy was developed, before designing the new logo and brand identity system for Prudential to ensure the rebranding project achieved it’s desired business goals.

We then rolled out this new branding package to the company’s external and internal collateral including; stationery, real estate sign boards, office signage and sales aids. Percept then developed a comprehensive style guide so things would stay on track after initial implementation. For example, we were not involved in the website design, but the brand was applied using the instructions set out in the style guide, so it fits seamlessly with the rest of the package.

Since the introduction of the new branding, Prudential have opened a fifth site and are looking to further expand the business.
