The Challenge

Modus Projects are a leading provider of sustainable construction and facilities management across Australia.

Modus approached Percept for a communication and brand strategy that would help them redefine their brand positioning and better present the company’s offering to existing and target clients with a new tender design.

The Solution

After evaluating their existing collateral, Percept created a brand strategy that positioned Modus as confident and professional, this was echoed through every touch point of communication, especially their tender design.

Our assessment was to retain their existing logo as it had brand equity, however we gave the brand a complete overhaul from tone of voice, copywriting, imagery and a more simple document and tender design that was easier to follow.

The new brand system was rolled out through all marketing collateral, including company profile, capabilities statement, pitch and tender documents, as well as their website and digital communications.

Following the brand communication strategy and subsequent repositioning, Modus has gone on to win the business of some of the larger clients on their target list and have attributed the new tender design to their improved success rate.
