The Challenge

NCH Corporation is a global leader in industrial and commercial maintenance products and services. Founded in America, NCH now has reach in over 60 countries.

Percept was the selected agency to evaluate the brand in the Australasian region.

The Solution

After conducting a brand audit on NCH and its sub-brands; Chem-Aqua, Chemsearch, Certified and Mantek, we discovered an inconsistency in brand tone, messaging and look.

We then created a visual and written language that communicated the brand’s longevity, expertise and approach to its customers across all sub-brands. This new direction demystified the complex offerings of the company and allowed for cross selling  between the divisions.

As part of the project, Percept arranged a photo shoot that improved the quality of images the company was using, keeping things consistent across all collateral, whilst working to the budget set by the client.

The new communication style for the Australasian region is corporate in feel and it has been well received on both a local and international level, with the view to now implement the new visual communication style across all divisions of NCH Corporation.
