The Challenge

Specialising in apprentices and trainee employment, ATEL is a recruitment company in Australia who offer total workforce solutions.

They approached Percept for a full digital brand design package. ATEL’s main customer-facing marketing tool is their website, which was the focus of the brief, but the project also encompassed the brand identity, print collateral and company document design.

The Solution

The ATEL brand was designed with digital delivery in mind. They are a positive and swift company and these attributes are represented in the brand identity. A colour palette of grey and orange was selected to show their balance of reliability and dynamics.

We then created a corporate stationery package and also designed the forms and documents the company uses on a day-to-day basis. This ensured a professional look for the company in all touch-points they have with their clients.

A responsive website design was the next task as it had to perform equally well on any device, whether it be a mobile, tablet or desktop. It also features a CMS system, so the client can update the information themselves.

Percept went with a clean design for performance speed and ease of use for those who interact with the website. To funnel the different types of user to the information that is appropriate for them, the website design features a very clear question on entry that directs employers and job-seekers to the section they are looking for, making sure their user experience is a good one.
