Patisserie New York, is a family owned business that had seen rapid expansion over recent years, including its retail stores as well as online. It was decided that their online presence needed to be refreshed to better translate their brand values, products and personality to their customers. Patisserie New York engaged Percept to create a new eCommerce website design which would represent the brand’s quality artisan patisserie in a modern, yet classic style.

The Solution

Percept developed a new eCommerce website design with an aim to enhance the experience for customers, grow online sales, and provide a seamless shopping cart experience. We were also conscious to promote in-store products and further build a relationship with their customer base through social media feeds.
