Case Study

Ivi Organic is a cosmetic brand specialising in luxury organic skincare. Their products are designed to work across all skin types and ages; organic and high quality; available online and they ship internationally.

The design brief was to develop a high-end brand with an organic, modern and sophisticated look and feel to be rolled out across a packaging range for skincare products.

Percept were chosen to design an identity, packaging and website that combine to tell a brand story, taking the consumer on a journey right up until the products are delivered, packaged as a gift.

The deliverables on this project were branding, packaging design (labels and boxes), e-commerce website, photoshoot, stationery and product brochure design.

Percept developed a design strategy to differentiate Ivi Organic and position the brand as unique, inspirational and relevant to the skincare audience. A set of custom illustrations were developed as the hero brand element, which is ownable by Ivi Organic, helping them stand out in the skincare category.

The illustrations of women in several poses showcases soft and beautiful parts of the female body; the concept is inspired by Picasso’s famous line drawings; they are modern, fluid and feminine; the brand colours black and white with subtle hints of pink establish a premium feel.

After a successful launch of these initial products, the client is already underway with plans to expand the range which they are finding easy to do with the flexibility of the brand packaging formula.
