Brand design that connects HealthStats NSW to its users in an engaging way, by brand designers, Percept.
HealthStats NSW is an interactive, web-based application providing users with data and tailored reports on the health status of the NSW population. They chose brand designers, Percept, as their preferred brand design service provider.
As their current brand design lacked a distinct logo and identifiable branding elements, they required a new brand design and marketing collateral to be created that would give them a unique visual language to connect with their user base. Percept, brand designers in Sydney, were selected for the project due to our inclusion on the NSW Government Advertising and Digital Communication Services Pre-qualification Scheme.
Following a visual audit on current brand design elements and their competitors, Percept’s brand designers created an engaging brand identity system representing diversity and connectivity.
The new brand design is made up of an icon with a grid of squares that represents data. The multiple colours show diversity and the unique tail of each shape highlight how information is connected through good communication.
The brand designers of Percept, used a bright colour palette, paired with the clean, professional logotype feels positive, trusted and dynamic which were feeling the client stipulated were important to convey. The new brand design emotionally connects with its audience as the visual elements come together to tell mini data stories that combine to create the whole picture.
The flexibility of the new brand design is evident in the rollout to website banner, brochure, fact sheet and report template, and is detailed in the brand manual that brand designers, Percept, created.
The end result is an interesting and cohesive brand design that positions HealthStats NSW as a professional and trustworthy provider of health statistics and information.
