Modus Projects are a leading provider of sustainable construction and facilities management across Australia.

Modus approached Percept for a communication strategy that would help them redefine their brand and reposition the company’s offering to existing and target clients.

The Solution

After evaluating their existing collateral, Percept created a brand and communication strategy that positioned Modus as confident and professional, this was echoed through every touch point of communication.

Our assessment was to retain their existing logo as it had brand equity, however we gave the brand a complete overhaul from tone of voice, copywriting, imagery and a more simple document design that was easier to follow.

The new brand system was rolled out through all marketing collateral, including company profile, capabilities statement, pitch and tender documents, as well as their website and digital communications.

Following the communication strategy and subsequent repositioning of the brand, Modus has gone on to win the business of some of larger clients on their target list and have attributed the new tender document design to the improved success rate.
