Rebranding & Website Design by Brand Agency, Percept
The Challenge
In their transformation from a credit union to a bank, Australian Defence Credit Union engaged Percept as the brand agency for the entire rebranding process. Naturally the new website design was a critical part of the project as it is now their main customer engagement tool.
The task was to create a fresh website design for the newly created Australian Military Bank, that summarised who they were, had easy-to-use services, whilst remaining visually consistent with the print collateral that brand agency, Percept had already designed as part of the rebranding project.
The Solution
Brand agency, Percept, teamed up with this financial services client for the information architecture, carefully considering functionality and end-user requirements. Once the final sitemap, content and navigation had been decided, the UX and UI were the next phase of this website design project.
The look and feel flowed seamlessly from the new brand identity and print collateral design that Sydney brand agency, Percept, had freshly created for Australian Military Bank. These key elements and visual cues led the design of the website, keeping in mind the clarity of information, intuitive accessibility and speed of operation.
Percept is a brand agency that can provide the full service, or work in partnership with a client’s contacts. We worked closely with Australian Military Bank’s preferred supplier in Brisbane for the development phase, to code and build the site.
The end result is a collaborative effort between brand agency and developer. An information-rich website design, that is full of functionality, however, it still feels light and modern, in keeping with the desired outcomes set out by the client in the website design brief as well as the rebranding project as a whole.
