The Challenge

Frame Social Media is a start up company in Sydney that provides affordable social media management services to Australian businesses. They enable companies to remain focused on their areas of expertise while their social media platforms are taken care of in terms of presence, up-keep and online reputation.

Percept was the design agency chosen to create digital branding for the new Sydney business, to convey a young, modern and fresh company that’s professional in its approach and services. The idea was to develop light and nimble branding that feels reliable and trustworthy with the ability to stand out in a crowded digital market.

The Solution

Percept created bright, bold and clean digital branding in order to provide Frame the shout it needs to cut-through, while remaining approachable, memorable and reputable.

Combining social media tiles and message bubbles, the icon is a clever take on social media related symbols that automatically feel familiar and comfortable to the everyday consumer. In its master format, it frames the word ‘me’, reinforcing Frame’s ability to bring out the individual personality of its clients, tailoring packages to their individual needs.

The digital branding was rolled out across a variety of marketing collateral including social media tiles, website assets and an interactive questionnaire that uses a friendly tone of voice to connect with customers, helping them feel comfortable throughout the journey.
