Branding Design agency, Percept, helped DWP Homes rebrand to Livelle Homes. This brand identity project included brand positioning, brand strategy, renaming, brand identity and the design of print and digital marketing communications.
Destination living specialist, DWP Homes, wanted to reinvent themselves to align with their shift to more premium offerings. They approached branding design specialist, Percept, to help them reposition their brand and build a new brand identity. The project included brand positioning, brand strategy, a new brand name and complete overhaul of their brand identity design.
The brand positioning involved working through a discovery session to reposition and rename the business to Livelle Homes, inspired by the notion of ‘living elevated’. This idea forms the basis of the brand strategy. It is visualised in the upwards arrow motif crafted in the logo which is at the heart of the brand identity system. The concept then extends to a flexible graphic system which runs through all their marketing collateral across both print and digital media.
To reinforce the premium brand positioning, branding design specialists, Percept, crafted a warm, sophisticated palette to give the new brand identity a touch of elegance. The new brand identity comes together to bring consistency and ownership of all their marketing efforts.
Their investment in branding design is paying off in terms of their new brand identity positioning them appropriately for the market they want to appeal to, while providing a clear and confident differentiation from their competitors.
