The Challenge

Established in 1996, Three Chillies supply a range of marinated vegetables to Sydney’s main food distributors, local delis, restaurants, pubs and function centres.

Cooked and packed fresh from local producers, their products are loved by existing customers but Three Chillies felt that in today’s evolving market, their branding and packaging were in need of an update.

Percept were engaged to refresh their logo and packaging design with the objective of bringing them into the gourmet food market with an increased brand awareness so that they would be positioned as the brand of choice.

The Solution

Percept gave Three Chillies a complete refresh with an appetising, yet refined logo design that playfully uses two typefaces to represent their gourmet and traditional history.

A thoughtful colour palette represents Three Chillies in a contemporary way, helping achieve clear cut-through on shelf.

The new packaging design is brand led with Three Chillies prominent on pack and recognisable from a distance. Key benefits are brought to life in delicate type treatments, highlighting; Australian owned and operated, Fresh local produce and Hand-packed.

Their new face-lift proudly states that Three Chillies offers the tastiest Australian produce in a sophisticated, yet approachable way that is appealing to gourmet outlets, encouraging them to display the packs in a prominent shelf position in store.
