Percept is a Design Studio Specialising in Brand Identity and Brand Communications

The Challenge

Islamic Relief Australia (IRAUS) began operating in 2010, raising funds for humanitarian and development projects both abroad and here in Australia.

As the organisation has matured there was a desire for a top design studio, namely Percept, to professionalise the brand communications to reflect this growth. With a view to be more in line with other not-for-profit annual report design styles in the industry, Percept embraced the task at hand.

Percept is a design studio that specialises in brand identity. The objective of this project however, was to create an engaging print design document as part of the organisation’s brand communications. The ideas was to incorporate icons and infographics to bring the text heavy content to life, and to highlight and emphasise key information, making it easy to read.

The Solution

Famous for brand identity, design studio, Percept, created a visually engaging document, with striking graphics, compelling photography and vibrant colour.

Informative infographics were also used to help to break up copy, making the content easier to digest and interpret. Icons add standout and clarity to key stats and information, keeping the reader engaged.

The desire for this year’s document layout by design studio, Percept, was to incorporate emotive, inspirational and positive imagery. Therefore warm and friendly tones were given to the photography style. The objective, and outcome of this document layout, showcases the positive impact being made and the breadth of work undertaken by IRAUS globally.
