The Challenge

EAC Partners is a client-focused corporate advisory firm. Their client, Our Town Fencing (OTF), was selling their business and required some visual communication design to market and attract potential corporate buyers.

Branding expert, Percept, was engaged to create two documents: a short 2-3 page teaser and comprehensive information memorandum document to market OTF in a clear and structured manner that would appeal to potential bidders.

The Solution

Branding expert, Percept, created a visually straight-forward information pack, utilising a simple landscape format featuring clear hierarchy for quick digestion of information, easy viewing on screen and the capability for binding if required.

The visual communication design style is nondescript, yet suited to the branding. It is also consistent and flexible, allowing the teaser to remain non-branded while giving the OTF branding the exposure required on the full document.

Inspired by OTF’s offerings of fencing and gating related products, the full-bleed image of fencing textures treated in the EAC’s corporate blue feels relatable to both brands and ties them together as a feature on the documents covers.

The end result by branding agency, Percept, is a sophisticated and appropriate document set, with usability and readability a priority on this visual communication design project.
