Tony Graham’s business chose the brand designers of Percept in Sydney for this real estate branding brief.

Their old branding was tired and outdated, and they wanted a new logo and branding package to revitalise their Sydney real estate business because it was in need of a boost.

After the approval of the new company logo design for this real estate business, the next step of the corporate identity was the branding design. Brand designers, Percept, produced business cards, letterheads, with compliments slips and envelopes, effectively branding all their marketing communications.

Then came the signage systems which were the most important of the new real estate branding roll-out because it would have most contact with the public eye. Percept’s brand designers had this front of mind when working on the brand identity itself, so when used in this application, it would be at its strongest and remembered easily.

Finally, as part of this client’s marketing communications mix, they run a weekly local press ad which we also created the design and layout for. The brand designers at Percept created a template that would suit many different formations and combinations depending on their current listings.
