Tony Graham’s Sutherland Shire real estate business in Sydney chose Percept to redesign their brand’s corporate identity.

Their old logo was tired and outdated, and they wanted a new logo design and branding to revitalise their business because it was looking for a boost.

After the approval of the new company logo design for this real estate business, the next step of the identity was their stationery package design.

We produced business cards, letterheads, with compliments slips and envelopes, effectively branding all their corporate communications.

Then came the signage systems which were the most important of the new brand identity roll-out because it would have most contact with the public eye.

We had this front of mind when working on the logo design itself, so when used in this application, it would be at its strongest and remembered easily.

Finally, as part of this client’s marketing mix, they run a weekly ad in the local shire press which we also created the design and layout for.
